We’re family-owned and operated, and in December 2022 celebrated our 65th birthday, having been founded in 1957 by the great-grandfather of our current managing director.

Who We're Seeking:

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support our B2B and B2C sales teams, supporting both teams to drive growth and improve efficiency across both departments.


Your duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer phone enquiries.
  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and message.
  • Managing sales-related shared email inboxes.
  • Processing customer orders by phone, email, and website.
  • Processing website orders.
  • Responding to website part number enquiries.
  • Coordinating with parcel and pallet carriers on delivery issues.
  • Updating customers on order problems.
  • Managing and processing customer returns
  • Data input

  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others.
  • Motivated, resilient and adaptable to new challenges.
  • Flexible in workload and willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
  • Basic proficiency in using computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Your duties will include:

Job Details:

  • Full-time position with a standard 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.

  • No prior experience necessary – just a willingness to learn and grow.
