Customer Service Administrator

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support our B2B and B2C sales teams, supporting both teams to drive growth and improve efficiency across both departments.
Your duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer phone enquiries.
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and message.
- Managing sales-related shared email inboxes.
- Processing customer orders by phone, email, and website.
- Processing website orders.
- Responding to website part number enquiries.
- Coordinating with parcel and pallet carriers on delivery issues.
- Updating customers on order problems.
- Managing and processing customer returns

Your duties will include:

Job Details:
- Full-time position with a standard 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
